İlerlemen buluta yedeklenir. Oyun iPhone'da Game Center'a, Android'de Play Games'e bağlıysa ilerlemen yeni telefonda da geri gelir. Bağlantı çoğu zaman kendiliğinden kurulur. Kurulmadıysa Ayarlar'da Game Center ya da Play Games satırındaki "Bağla"ya dokun. Bağlı değilken iPhone'da oyunu silip yeniden yüklersen çoğu zaman kaldığın yerden devam edersin. Android'de bu, telefonunun Google yedeklemesinin açık olmasına bağlıdır.
Hesabımı ve verilerimi nasıl silerim?
Ana menüde sağ üstteki dişliye dokun, Ayarlar sayfasında "Hesabımı ve verilerimi sil" seçeneğini seç ve onayla; verilerin hemen silinir. Oyunu açamıyorsan advikerem@gmail.com adresine yaz, en geç 30 gün içinde sileriz.
Silinenler: bulut kaydın (ilerleme, altın, tırlar, ayarlar), liderlikteki takma adın ve puanın, otomatik oyuncu hesabın ve onun Game Center ya da Play Games bağı. Google bunları kendi yedeklerinden de temizler (otomatik hesap için en çok 180 gün içinde). Oyun ölçüm verilerinin silinmesi de başlar; bu veriler her durumda en çok 14 ay sonra kendiliğinden silinir.

Reklam iznimi nasıl değiştiririm?
Oyunda Ayarlar > Reklam ve veri izinleri (Android'de her yerde, iPhone'da Avrupa'da). iPhone'da ayrıca Ayarlar > Gizlilik ve Güvenlik > İzlenme. Android'de reklam kimliğini Ayarlar > Google > Reklamlar > Reklam kimliğini sil bölümünden de silebilirsin (bazı telefonlarda Ayarlar > Gizlilik > Reklamlar).
Bir takma adı nasıl bildiririm?
Liderlikte o oyuncunun satırına dokun ve "Bildir"i seç. Ad senin telefonunda hemen gizlenir, biz de inceleriz. Acil bir durum için advikerem@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsin.
Para iadesi alabilir miyim?

Open the Store in the game and tap "Restore purchases" (Satın alımları geri yükle). The purchase is tied to your Apple account on iPhone and to your Google account on Android.
Will I lose my progress?
Your progress is backed up to the cloud. If the game is linked to Game Center on iPhone or to Play Games on Android, your progress also comes back on a new phone. The link is usually made automatically. If it is not, tap "Bağla" (Link) on the Game Center or Play Games row in Settings. Without the link, if you delete and reinstall the game on iPhone, you will usually continue where you left off. On Android this depends on your phone's Google backup being turned on.
How do I delete my account and data?
Tap the gear at the top right of the main menu, then choose "Hesabımı ve verilerimi sil" (Delete my account and data) on the Settings page and confirm; your data is deleted right away. If you cannot open the game, write to advikerem@gmail.com and we will delete it within 30 days.
Deleted: your cloud save (progress, gold, trucks, settings), your leaderboard nickname and score, and your automatic player account with its Game Center or Play Games link. Google also clears them from its backups (within 180 days at most for the automatic account). Deletion of your gameplay measurement data also starts; this data is in any case deleted automatically after 14 months at most.
Kept: purchase records may stay with RevenueCat so you can restore your purchases and for our legal obligations; write to us if you want them deleted. Google keeps advertising data under its own retention rules. Details: Privacy Policy.
How do I change my ad permission?
In the game under Settings > "Reklam ve veri izinleri" (Ad and data permissions) (on Android everywhere, on iPhone in Europe). On iPhone, also Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, you can also delete your advertising ID under Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID (on some phones Settings > Privacy > Ads).
How do I report a nickname?
Tap that player's row in the leaderboard and choose "Bildir" (Report). The name is hidden on your phone right away and we review it. For anything urgent, write to advikerem@gmail.com.
Can I get a refund?
On iPhone, refunds are handled by Apple: you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, Google Play handles refunds under its own rules: support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. You can also write to us if something goes wrong.
